Yoga Support for the Perimenopause and Menopause - Class
Saturday 17 August, 10.30am – 1pm
This class will provide support for those on their perimenopause and menopause journey to inspire reflection and promote relaxation. Using a specifically adapted gentle yoga practice with breathing techniques and mindfulness exercises, this class will focus on support for hot flushes and excess heat.
Suitable for anyone regardless of fitness levels and yoga experience. Allowing space for self-reflection, with time to share experiences, and knowledge from the collective wisdom of those attending.
Led by qualified and experienced yoga teacher and accredited Yoga for Menopause teacher Sarah Elmer.
Also running on Sunday 17 November focusing on insomnia, brain fog, and overwhelm.
