This is a 5 week course
Mondays 20, 27 July and 3, 10 & 17 August
6.15pm to 7.30pm
Suitable for beginners, you will learn the basic standing, sitting and recuperative poses. Those with experience are welcome and will benefit by working at a deeper level in the poses.
Over the 5 weeks you will gradually increase your stamina and notice an improvement in your flexibility.
Don’t forget to bring your yoga mat. Minimum age of 16 years.
