This is a 6 week course
Mondays 19th, 26th July and 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd August 2021
6.15pm to 7.30pm
Stretch your body and calm your mind through yoga taught outside in the tranquil Gardens by Carolyn Ryan (qualified Iyengar yoga teacher).
Suitable for all levels of experience. As beginners you will be introduced to the basic standing, sitting and recuperative poses. For those with previous experience, you will deepen your understanding of the poses and the Iyengar method.
Over the 6 weeks you will gradually increase your stamina and notice an improvement in your flexibility.
Minimum age of 16 years.
Please bring your own yoga mat, and a blanket or large towel, plus a belt/strap and any yoga blocks if you have them.
