This is a 4 week course
Thursday 30 July and 6, 13 & 20 August
6.15pm to 7.30pm
Suitable for beginners, you will learn the basic standing, sitting and recuperative poses. Those with experience are welcome and will benefit by working at a deeper level in the poses.
Over the 4 weeks you will gradually increase your stamina and notice an improvement in your flexibility.
Don’t forget to bring your yoga mat. Minimum age of 16 years.
