Gorge walking

Gorge walking requires students to cooperate and overcome obstacles like large boulders and waterfalls while navigating the path of where a mountain stream has cut its way through the landscape.

This activity is an excellent way to develop real confidence and team spirit. Students will have to place trust in their peers and display leadership skills to bypass natural obstacles.

Communication is key to keep the group safe and aware of the challenges on the course ahead, passing information up and down the gorge to other team members.

Students can enjoy the shared experience of an activity that pushes them out of their comfort zone, is physically demanding, and at times a real adrenaline rush, allowing the development of team bonding in a fun and exciting way.
