|Mooring buoy relocation at Brooklands Quay, Sarisbury Green, SO31 7EF (SU 493 088)||Brooklands Quay has four mooring buoys sited within the creek adjacent to the slipway that are used to securely moor vessels. These are tidal moorings only accessible during high water periods, with vessels taking the ground and drying out at all other states of tide.
The property owner wishes to relocate two of these mooring buoys from the current position and site them adjacent to the slipway and navigational pile, but still within the land ownership boundary of the property, to increase the useable access window.
|Replacement of river wall at Swanwick Shore Road car park, SO31 7EF (SU495 092)||The project seeks to replace and rectify the failed frontage, resurface the car park and formalise the dinghy tender storage area.

“Swanwick Marina Redevelopment”. (N.B a variation to the existing Consent).

|The wider project is the redevelopment of Swanwick Marina, which is consented through various River Hamble Harbour Authority Consents approved between July 2007 and September 2013.
This variation application seeks to approve a slight modification to the layout of the pontoons from that consented to better accommodate the site’s vessel demographic and improve access to berths. The proposed variation is a minor change within the existing area and so does not increase the footprint of the site.

|Marina Developments Limited - proposed pier extension Location: Hamble Point Marina, Hamble SO31 4NB||This work at Hamble Point Marina is planned to extend five of the main piers to allow installation of one additional finger on each side of these piers, creating four extra berths per pier. New floating pontoon walkway sections and finger pontoons will be installed in line with existing infrastructure. Some of the walkway sections and fingers will need additional piles to ensure stability, and some existing piles will be relocated to ensure the piers remain stable.
