Calshot is open and glad to be welcoming our customers back

The Hangar @ Calshot

The Hangar is a one-of-a-kind indoor adventure centre based on the edge of the New Forest only 30 minutes from Southampton. Nowhere else in this region will you find climbing, skiing, snowboarding, track cycling, bouldering and obstacle courses all in one space. Whether you’re new to these activities or a seasoned pro, you’ll find everything you need to learn, develop and have a great time.

Do you dare scale The Wall? 1200 square meters of climbing, with lead and top rope lines and over 125 routes.

The Café is now open running a restricted take away menu. The Café is open 10am to 5pm daily. Please follow any COVID-19 specific signage. As per Government Guidance – face coverings are required when entering the Café.

The Hangar’s postcode is SO45 1BR. You can find The Hangar at the end of Calshot Spit, overlooking the Solent. From the M27 follow the A326 towards Fawley.

Keep an eye out for the brown tourist signs for Calshot Activities Centre.

Bluestar bus offer a bus service to Calshot village from Southampton, Please note that the bus stop is located 1 mile from the centre.

By rail

The nearest station is Beaulieu Road Station, approximately 10.9 miles away.
