The Hangar’s postcode is SO45 1BR. You can find The Hangar at the end of Calshot Spit, overlooking the Solent. From the M27 follow the A326 towards Fawley.

Keep an eye out for the brown tourist signs for Calshot Activities Centre.

Bluestar bus offer a bus service to Calshot village from Southampton, Please note that the bus stop is located 1 mile from the centre.

The nearest station is Beaulieu Road Station, approximately 10.9 miles away.

Opening times

Hangar@Calshot has a scheduled list of activities. From our home page you can see what we offer and when.

Calshot Activities Centre is open year-round (except Christmas Day and Boxing Day) with specific opening times depending on the activities that day.

How long should I allow for my visit?

Activity times vary, please check the length of your session when booking. If you’re booked onto one of our Action Adventures, please arrive 15 mins before the start to allow time to check-in and complete any paperwork.

There is onsite parking immediately outside the entrance to The Hangar. Please view our parking charges page for up to date charges, times and conditions.

Accessibility

The Hangar is flat and accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs. The main entrance is on ground level. The Café Bar has a ramp to make it easily accessible.

There are baby changing facilities in the toilets. There is also a disabled toilet.

Calshot Café

With spectacular views across the Solent, the licensed Café Bar at Calshot is the ideal place to relax. The menu offers light bites and cakes plus wholesome and delicious meals. Perfect for a post-adventure snack or a treat after a long walk or day on the beach. Free Wifi.
