Travel cost
Similar to bus fares. Slightly more expensive than a traditional bus, but less expensive than a taxi. You pay the driver just as you would on a bus. Concessionary passes cannot be used/are not accepted on these services.

Wheelchair access
Assistance is always available from our well trained, friendly drivers so you don't have to worry about getting on and off the bus. Connect minibuses are specially adapted with handrails and low steps to help passengers. Each vehicle is equipped with a lift or ramp to assist wheelchair and walking frame users. If you would like to bring along your own wheelchair or scooter or shopping trolley, friend or a passenger as an escort then this can be arranged, just let us know at the time of making your booking. We can then identify if we have the room. If you have an essential escort, they are welcome to ride with you free of charge, you will need to state this requirement on your registration form and explain why the escort is necessary.

The service operates in surrounding areas on designated days. Bookings are allocated on a first come first served basis. One escort may be booked per person. Travel tokens are no longer issued and therefore not taken on any Dial a Ride trips.
