Travel cost
Rushmoor and Hart: Minimum hire charge is £50 per day, including first 30 miles of travel. Additional miles charged @ £1.30. We may be able to provide a volunteer driver for an administration fee of £15. Yateley: Annual membership fee of £10, standard charge of £1.40 per mile, take out charge of £19. Additional £16.50 per hour if paid driver provided.

We have a range of accessible minibuses with up to 16 seats available for hire to member organisations. Buses are available to any voluntary organisation in Rushmoor, Hart or Yateley or voluntary organisations who provide services in these areas. For hires in Rushmoor or Hart, groups must be members of Rushmoor Voluntary Services. Please see website link above.
