Report issues with bus stops and shelters by completing the form below. Please provide as much information as you can about the problem including pictures if possible, as this will help us to assess the issue.

Please note that 75% of bus stops and shelters are the responsibility of third party organisations and not Hampshire County Council. If we are not responsible for the issue we will pass the report onto the appropriate third party organisation.

How to report your issue

To report a highways emergency that poses an immediate risk to the public, call either:

Phone 0300 555 1388 (8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday)
Outside of office hours 101

If you are reporting an issue that is very likely to present an imminent threat to life, serious injury or serious damage to property, please report this emergency by calling 999.
