Scheme Overview
The proposed scheme is to provide a new signalised puffin crossing on the Andover Road B3420, at the junction with Grove Place to link to an existing footpath that runs east to the new primary school on the Kings Barton development in Winchester.
The benefit of the scheme will provide safe access to the primary school and the Kings Barton development for both pedestrians and cyclists, encouraging safe and sustainable active travel in the area.
