Highway Developer Funded Schemes

Hampshire County Council are proposing to implement a programme of schemes funded by developer funding (S106 contributions) working in partnership with our appointed contractor Milestone Infrastructure Ltd. The contributions have been secured by the County Council through the Planning process, in order to help mitigate the transport impacts of local development sites.

The proposals are being designed to benefit the local community by providing improvements to the highway.  Local community and key stakeholders will be able to give their feedback on the proposed developer funded schemes within their area.
