Scheme overview

Wayfinding scheme for Andover Town Centre.  Pedestrian monoliths and finger posts signs will be installed at key points including rail and bus stations, major car parks and junctions with high pedestrian footfall. The project aims to help improve the legibility of the town centre by highlighting key facilities and attractions and promoting access to these facilities by foot along the pedestrian corridor highlighted in the plan below.

The sign installation works have been awarded to Queensbury and works completed.

Project Approval

A project appraisal was approved by the Director for Economy, Transport and Environment on 15 December 2017.
