Councillors, Agendas, Reports, Decisions, Minutes and Meetings

The County Council is accountable to the people of Hampshire. Its policy is that reports made to meetings of the County Council, the Cabinet and committees are publicly available together with any background documents consulted unless the information is confidential. Similarly, decisions made by the Cabinet and Executive Members with responsibility for different services, such as Education or Social Care, are published at the earliest opportunity so that people can be kept informed.

Normally all committee agendas, reports and minutes are available to view in Hantsweb and at our Information Centres before meetings. Cabinet and Executive decisions are available on-line soon after they have been made. Occasionally, a document may not be made available to view on-line. Should you wish to obtain a copy of such a document please contact the relevant committee administrator in the Chief Executives Department (see Agenda). We may make a small charge to cover the costs of copying.
