Statement of Accounts and Budget Book

Hampshire County Council’s accounts are one of the means by which the Council demonstrates its stewardship of public money. The accounts show the sources of income and how this has been used to provide services to the Hampshire community.

The draft Statement of Accounts is published by 31 May following the end of each financial year. The accounts are then audited, with the audited Statement of Accounts published by 31 July.

The most recent Statement of Accounts and those for the past few years can be found below.

The budget book contains the detailed 2018/19 revenue budget and 2018/19 to 2020/21 capital programme for Hampshire County Council.

The Efficiency Plan sets out what the County Council will do to address the financial challenges it faces between 2016/17 and 2019/20.
