To consider a report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services outlining a new approach to strategic management of the County Council's assets (and potentially those of other public sector organisations) that the County Council may wish to adopt. The report also sets out a suggested framework for a new Asset Management Plan, and identifies current priority work that the plan will need to include.
