Hampshire County Council is required to produce a third round of Local Transport Plan (LTP) to replace the existing one which expires on 31 March 2011. Reports were taken to the Executive Member for Environment in January 2010, and Cabinet in June 2010 and the final decision will be made by County Council on 24 Feb 2011.
