This report seeks authority to proceed with a reviewed tendering plan for mental health block contracted services jointly financed with NHS Hampshire, requiring an extension to some of the contracts. Authority is also sought to formalise arrangements for those jointly funded contracts for mental health social care services to enable NHS Hampshire to transfer funding to Hampshire County Council through an agreement under Section 256 of the NHS Act 2006 from September 2010.
