The report provides information on the Eastleigh Town Access Plan and sets out the way it will improve accessibility both to and from Eastleigh. The report also summarises the work already done in terms of stakeholder enagement and provides information on available funding streams for taking the ETAP forward and future steps. The report is seeking approval to progress with public consultation on the draft Access Plan.
