To address the transport challenges posed by the North Fareham Strategic Development Area (SDA) and bring together the results of technical reports in an emerging transport strategy. To adopt the emerging strategy for the SDA as a basis for consultation with local Members, district councils and others and to authorise this consultations to refine a strategy as consideration in the forthcoming Core Strategy for Fareham Borough Council.
