To consider a Notice of Motion proposed by Councillor Roy Perry: Hampshire County Council welcomes the Secretary of State's opposition to the recommendation of the Postcode Address File Advisory Board to delete historic county names from the Royal Mail's address database and suggests instead that as an easy economy the coalition Government abolishes the Postcode Address File Advisory Board
