Summary

The purpose of this report is to bring consultation feedback and recommendations on changing and modernising Hampshire County Council's day and residential services for people with learning disabilities following the formal consultation on proposed changes. The initial report set out proposals to relocate day services and refocus residential respite services to offer specialist provision for those with complex needs and offer wider choices for less disabled service users.
