The purpose of the report is to seek approval to award grant funding in 2011/12 to the voluntary and community organisations outlined in the report. This includes organisations supporting carers of people nearing end of life, people infected with or affected by HIV, people with learning disabilities and Community Innovations Grants to Councils for Voluntary Service.
