This report presents the Fleet Town Access Plan (TAP) and set out a shared vision for how access to facilities and services within the town can be improved in the shorteer term and in the future. The plan has been out to public consultation during May 2010 and June 2010. The Fleet TAP can be used to supprot the evidence base for negotiating developer contributions and other sources of funding towards transport and accessbility improvements.
