In line with the Authority's commitment to the Carbon Trust’s ‘Carbon Management Programme’, some energy saving projects at Service Headquarters are described in this report for early consideration for funding. An update is also provided on the progress of the Environmental Champions, as well as an outline of the case for potential future investment in Solar Photovoltaic (Solar PV) installations – with the benefit of ‘feed-in tariffs’.
