The purpose of this report is to seek approval to enter into an SLA with Connect2 Innovation on a trial basis to provide high growth support to businesses in Hampshire. The SLA would cover the period November 2011 until March 2012 to cover the gap in the market with the demise of SEEDA and the national procurement of the “Business Coaching for Growth” programme. The work would be evaluated to determine whether this arrangement should be continued in 2012/13.
