Following the decision in September 2011 and the interim update in February 2012, this report presents an integrated strategic business case and individual blueprints for the development of shared support services across Hampshire Constabulary, Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service and Hampshire County Council. This report is also being considered by Hampshire Police Authority and Hampshire Fire Authority.
