This report proposes a budget for Adult Services for 2012/13 in accordance with the Council’s Medium Term Financial Strategy and also includes proposals for the second 8% reduction in spending consistent with the Corporate Efficiency Workstreams reported to Cabinet in October and December. The report also provides an update on the financial position for the current year.
