To seek approval for making grant awards to the voluntary and community organisations outlined in this report. The paper makes recommendations on the award of grants in 2012/13 through the main Adult Services Grant Programme 2012/13, through supporting the strategic involvement of User Led Organisations in the planning and direction of Adult Social care, and through supporting people infected with or affected by HIV.
