To provide an update on the development of dance, music visual arts and theatre planning within the context of the Arts and Museums Strategic Plan 2012-15. To provide an update regarding strategic discussions with Whitchurch Silk Mill and Hampshire Museums and Galleries Trust. To seek approval for the awarding of grant aid under the Organisational Change Fund and approval for the commissioning of new Music provision.
