This report seeks approval for a new Children and Young People's Plan (CYPP), covering the period 2012-15. The Plan is the overarching strategy for Hampshire Children's Trust, which represents all those working with, and for, children, young people and their families. The CYPP also incorporates Hampshire's Child Poverty Strategy, as required by the Child Poverty Act 2010.
