Seeking approval to issue an emergency contract to provide continuity of service between Bordon - Haslemere after the withdrawal of the commercial Service 18 run by Stagecoach. The emergency contract will be for a 6 month period during which time the route will be tendered through the Dynamic Purchasing System.
