Summary

Hampshire along with all local authorities are legally obliged to publish the short breaks service statement, about services for children with disabilities. The Short breaks service statement has been revised and re-written with parent involvement and has been subject to a wide public consultation period from July - September 2012. This reports seeks final formal approval for the short breaks statement.
