Seeking approval for the adoption of Transport Statements to provide total coverage of local transport policy in Hampshire to inform Local Planning Authorities, Local Development Frameworks and associated Infrastructure Schedules required as part of the forthcoming Community Infrastructure Levy and ensure a robust mechanism exists countywide to secure appropriate funding for delivery of the LTP3 strategy.
