To consider a report of the Director of Culture, Communities and Business Services concerning the outcomes of the consultation for phase one of the Registration Service's Strategy and seeking approval to the proposed relocation/closure of Romsey, Andover, Petersfield, and Bishops Waltham Register Offices. It will also seek approval for implementation of phase two of the consultation in November.
