This report seeks permission to tender the care and support for two schemes currently provided as standard sheltered housing that will become part of the network of enhanced extra-care housing. The two schemes are Danemark Court and Matilda Place in Winchester. The tendering process will see contracts issued from 1 July. These schemes form part of the completion of Phase 1 Extra Care programme.
