<P> <P>This paper sets out the recommendations of the Independent Remuneration (IRP) Panel for an amendment to the Members' Allowances Scheme for 2013/14 and a Members' Allowances Scheme for 2014/15 following the IRP's consideration at their meeting on 20 September 2013. The recommendations of the Employment in Hampshire County Council Committee will be considered by the County Council on 20 February 2014. </P>
