<P></P> <P>Hampshire along with all local authorities are legally obliged to publish the short breaks service statement, about the range of services for children with disabilities. The Short breaks service statement has been revised and updated by HCC staff and parent/carer representatives to reflect current services for 201415. This reports seeks final formal approval for the updated short breaks statement.</P>
