<P>To recommend a new contract for the Good Neighbourhood Support Service which provides advice and support to voluntary care and good neighbour groups, many of whom operate voluntary car schemes in Hampshire. A grant will also be proposed to support the YelaBus scheme in Yately. Approval will also be sought to procure and spend for a new contract to enable the continued operation of Wheels to Work in Hampshire.</P>
