<P> <P> <P> <P>Following the in principle approval set out in the Executive Member Decision Day on 25 September 2013, this report recommends the transfer of the operation of Hampshire County Council's Arts and Museums Service to the newly formed Hampshire Cultural Trust, subject to Executive Member Policy and Resources approval of the necessary actions required to enable the transfer to take place.</P>
