<P>Seeking approval to take forward the actions and recommendations within the Section 19 Flood Investigation report into the flooding that occurred in Romsey between December 2013 and February 2014, which was carried out in accordance with the Flood and Water Management Act 2010. This work will incorporate short term response actions as well as developing a more coordinated longer term approach with flood risk management agencies and other partners, on a sub-catchment basis.</P>
