<P> <P>An annual review of the policy for managing the Hampshire Pension Fund's cash balance. The Pension Fund adopts the key recommendations of the Chartered Institutute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) Treasury Management in the Public Services: Code of Practice, which includes an annual report on the treasury management strategy after the end of each financial year.</P>
