<P>The delivery of the Public Health duties by Hampshire County Council is enabled by a ring-fenced grant allocation. A portion of this funding was transferred to Adult services to contribute towards projects that improve or protect the public's health. The Executive Member for Adult Social Care and Public Health is asked to consider and approve the proposals recommended for the grants to Voluntary Organisations.</P>
