<P> <P align=left>This report provides a description and analysis of a full public consultation exercise on the future of Hampshire's Short Break Activity Programme. This included a proposal to reduce the short break budget by £1.85m and a set of options regarding how the delivery of the programme might be changed in order to seeks to outline a number of recommendations for approval detailing the future budget and delivery framework for the programme.<BR></P>
