<P>Update of the Economy, Transport and Environment Department's 2014/15 Capital programme in light of amendments and additions since the programme was last amended in November. It summarises progress towards delivery and updates the initial outturn figure for each part of the programme. It also sets out the proposed 2015/16 to 2017/18 ETE Capital Programme and seeks approval for submission to the Leader and Cabinet in February 2015.</P>
