<P>Seeking approval to implement further Variable Light Output (dimming) regimes to street lighting units for 2015/16. Also advising the Executive Member on the financial savings that can be realised from further dimming of street lights based upon current energy rates and seeking approval to develop further proposals to adjust lighting levels so as to deliver carbon reductions, budgetary savings and the appropriate night lighting level on residential streets.</P>
