<P> <P>Under the Charities Act 2006, every charity must prepare accounts on its activities and make them available on request. Charities whose gross income exceeds £25,000 must also send a completed Trustees' Annual Report (TAR) to the Charity Commission within ten months of the end of the charity's financial year.</P>
