<P>Seeking approval of a proposed scheme to create a second lane on the approach to the Anns Hill Road/B3333 Privett Road junction in Gosport. The existing traffic signals at the junction will be upgraded to incorporate MOVA technology which will improve the responsiveness of the signals to traffic demand and reduce existing queues and delays. The estimated cost of the scheme is £290,000 to be funded from developer contributions, Local Transport Plan, District Council (Gosport) contributions and
