<P> <P>The purpose is to seek approval for the write-off of irrecoverable debts.</P> <P>In line with financial procedures last reviewed and approved by the County Council on 22 October 2015, approval of the ExecutiveMember for Policy and Resources is required before debts over £15,000 can be written off.</P>
